Hiya,
Currently I'm building an intranet for the company I work for. I find that there's lots of email notifications being sent when people interact with a news post. For every comment or like there's an email to the author of the post. Then there's other emails going to the people who are being tagged. And there's an email when someone comments on your comment. Is there any way for users to enable or disable certain notification settings?

Each user van choose to unsubscribe from the alerts. Its not a very sophisticated way of un-subscribing.
The link is at the bottom of the emails they receive.

Hi guys,
there is no unsubscribe button in the emails I receive. Maybe they removed it because of the error message?! I attached a screenshot of an email I received after I mentioned myself under a news post.
