change list forms sharepoint 2019 on-premise

Hello,

i found for Sharepoint online the capability to customize list forms.

We have a new SharePoint 2019 on premise farm and we would like to customize easily list forms.

i suspect that this capability is open only to SharePoint Online and not for On premise platform.

see it that i would like to do :

Can we know if Microsoft  will be delivered in futur this function for On premise platform?
