Chage URL from .../sites/[name] to .../team/name

So I have some old teams created.  We have it set up now that office 365 group and teams have there URLs to be .../teams as opposed to .../sites.  But this is only on new URL's is there as way to change it on existing groups/teams.  In other words on older group connected sites that have the .../sites URL move them to  a .../teams URL instead?

@Jeff Williams unfortunately renaming a site and changing /sites to /team isn't supported
