cannot find list settings on my sharepoint
Hi,
When i am trying to edit my listsettings content, now this option is gone.

- Agree here, it seems you don't have the required permissions to access the list settings page
ruotingli Are you using Classic experience? Do you have sufficient permissions on list to edit list settings?
You should have at least Edit permissions on list in order to open list settings (or Design/Full Control). Check other permission levels in this documentations: User permissions and permission levels in SharePoint Server
