Cannot delete web parts or save views

Hey

Noticed on sharepoint online that when a site is created without a office 365 groups I.e sts#3 you cannot delete homepage webpaeta and on lists and library’s you cannot save view as

Has anyone else had this issue ?

Strange, both templates are just the same with the difference a Group is not created for STS#3 so this issue should not happen

I know it’s frustrating I have seen it on lots of tenants now
