CANNOT ACCESS WORK/VIDEOS ON SHARE POINT.....PLEASE ADVISE

Hi 

We have tried to access our Share Point to watch our videos but it says they are not available.

Can you please help us as we have heard that MICROSOFT have taken over but we have had no notification ?

@quantumqueens What do you mean by "we have heard that Microsoft have taken over"? SharePoint has always been a Microsoft product.

If you can't access your videos stored on SharePoint then it might be a permissions issue, or possibly files that are very large and it's taking time to display them.

Hi Rob

Thank you so much for getting back to us. So we have a shared Point account with all our files, recently when we click into any of the files it comes up - with a message that it cannot access it, so might be a permissions issue, but the problem is we have had no messages or anything asking or warning us about this ? I am starting to feel our account might've been hacked !

Your help would be greatly appreciated because we have our last 1.5 years worth of our work.
