Can’t see all share point files in file explorer

%3CLINGO-SUB%20id%3D%22lingo-sub-2225039%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3ECan%E2%80%99t%20see%20all%20share%20point%20files%20in%20file%20explorer%3C%2FLINGO-SUB%3E%3CLINGO-BODY%20id%3D%22lingo-body-2225039%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3EA%20few%20weeks%20ago%20our%20organization%20experienced%20a%20hack%20that%20caused%20my%20to%20delete%20my%20admin%20account%20and%20add%20it%20again%20with%20the%20same%20user%20name%20and%20email.%20Our%20share%20point%20is%20used%20as%20a%20share%20Drive%20linked%20to%20all%20endpoints%20using%20a%20configuration%20profile%20in%20endpoint%20management.%20I%20have%20checked%20permissions%20both%20site%20and%20library%20and%20it%20says%20I%20have%20full%20control%20and%20I%20am%20a%20site%20owner.%20When%20I%20try%20to%20change%20settings%20in%20the%20library%20it%20says%20I%20do%20not%20have%20permissions%20to%20do%20so%20and%20when%20I%20try%20to%20access%20files%20using%20file%20explorer%20on%20a%20computer%20I%20can%20only%20see%20files%20I%20added%20from%20a%20test%20account.%20I%20cannot%20see%20files%20added%20by%20other%20users.%20I%20have%20access%20to%20view%20the%20files%20on%20the%20online%20portal%20but%20some%20files%20occasionally%20say%20it%20cannot%20be%20viewed.%20I%20have%20beat%20my%20head%20against%20a%20wall%20for%202%20weeks%20trying%20to%20figure%20this%20out%20with%20no%20luck.%20Can%20someone%20please%20assist%3F%20Thank%20you!%3C%2FLINGO-BODY%3E%3CLINGO-LABS%20id%3D%22lingo-labs-2225039%22%20slang%3D%22en-US%22%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EAdmin%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EDocument%20Library%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EFiles%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3EPermissions%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3CLINGO-LABEL%3ESharePoint%20Online%3C%2FLINGO-LABEL%3E%3C%2FLINGO-LABS%3E

A few weeks ago our organization experienced a hack that caused my to delete my admin account and add it again with the same user name and email. Our share point is used as a share Drive linked to all endpoints using a configuration profile in endpoint management. I have checked permissions both site and library and it says I have full control and I am a site owner. When I try to change settings in the library it says I do not have permissions to do so and when I try to access files using file explorer on a computer I can only see files I added from a test account. I cannot see files added by other users. I have access to view the files on the online portal but some files occasionally say it cannot be viewed. I have beat my head against a wall for 2 weeks trying to figure this out with no luck. Can someone please assist? Thank you!
