Can’t see all share point files in file explorer

A few weeks ago our organization experienced a hack that caused my to delete my admin account and add it again with the same user name and email. Our share point is used as a share Drive linked to all endpoints using a configuration profile in endpoint management. I have checked permissions both site and library and it says I have full control and I am a site owner. When I try to change settings in the library it says I do not have permissions to do so and when I try to access files using file explorer on a computer I can only see files I added from a test account. I cannot see files added by other users. I have access to view the files on the online portal but some files occasionally say it cannot be viewed. I have beat my head against a wall for 2 weeks trying to figure this out with no luck. Can someone please assist? Thank you!
