Can't open this file

Hi, I have problem opening the sharepoint site in my in file explorer when after syncing has been done.

The syncing button is clicked at the sharepoint site.   Anyone can advise?

@lgtyar did you figure it out.  My coworker has the same issue and I am trying to resolve it for her.
