Can't connect to SharePoint using Powershell

Hello,

 

I was connecting to SharePoint fine using Powershell but now I can't. I get this message below. I have tried the SP Online management shell but that never loads - just a blank screen I can't on. I am a novice!

Never seen that error when connecting to SharePoint Online through PowerShell
