Can no longer MOVE TO from deleted user account to main Sharepoint site or my OneDrive.

When we delete users, I share the user's OneDrive data with myself (via admin.microsoft.com) then move it to our SharePoint site to a User Archive directory. For the past month or so, our main SharePoint site is no longer presenting as an option to move the files to. I see all our other groups and hub sites but not the main site. And, if I try to move the files to my OneDrive, I get an error (shown below).     

 

My only work around so far is to move the data to a hub site then move it to our archive directory in the main site.
