After undergoing a product name change, we have people still using the old product name when entering data in our SharePoint lists. Can I use the Column Validation to automatically change the name when it's entered?
These are text fields and I only need one product to be flagged so if, for example a customer types "Apple" in the list nothing happens but if they type "Banana" I would like it to be automatically changed to "Pineapple". Can this be done easily or would it require a Power Automate flow?
