Can a description be added to the compact layout of the People Web Part?

I like the way the Descriptive Compact layout allows me to add in a person's job description.  Is there a way to add the same to the compact layout?  The compact layout takes up much less real estate on our Intranet pages.

@rhondabentley There is no way to do this, except by having a developer create your a custom web part.
