We've encountered 3 or 4 users so far who click on links in email which point to documents in SharePoint Online, but they end up getting redirected to our root site.
It's not a permissions issue. It might to be a timeout thing (most of us are working from home). Changing browsers doesn't help. Manual copying of the link and pasting into the browser sometimes helps. Rebooting has helped. Any ideas for troubleshooting, especially with lesser experienced users? Thanks.
