Currently I have a Power App that is connected to 2 SharePoint lists. Both of these lists accumulate around 3-4 thousand lines each month. At the end of the month I archive whats on the lists and then delete the data. There are two issues I am encountering. When deleting the data on the lists this takes FOREVER. I have to use the select all button and keep scrolling until all the data is actually selected and then it deleting off SharePoint takes some time also. The second issue I have is one of the lists are pictures (JPG). So when I archive these images and then delete them off SharePoint I am unable to view the Images anymore since the archive is a link to the images on SharePoint.
I have used Access to import from SharePoint and also One Drive. Any faster solutions to deleting and being able to view the images at a later date?
