As part of my learning, I would like to explore features of SharePoint Online and PowerApps. This is not for any enterprise purpose. So I'll be the only person to use.
I looked at different plans but looks like only "Office 365 E3" plan has PowerApps features. Is this the only option for me as an individual user to select for learning purpose.
Any suggestions or thoughts please?
