Hello all,

So we have recently migrated some sites from 07 to Online, we have now created Azure dynamic groups so we want to delete three groups that were migrated over and modify the three default groups by removing the permissions/users and re-adding our new dynamic groups.

So for example we have a site named VenturaAce and it has 6 permissions groups;

Ventura Ace Owners (5 users) - Default SP Online group

Ventura Ace Members (81 users) - Default SP Online group

Ventura Ace Visitors (Everyone except external users) - Default SP Online group

Site Members (Everyone) - (This came over after migration from 07)

Site Owners (5 users) - (This came over after migration from 07)

Site Visitors (Everyone) - (This came over after migration from 07)

So our plan is to use powershell and delete the three 07 groups from every site, then delete all users out of the top three then add back in our two dynamic groups.

Does anyone have any input, advice, samples/solutions on this?  Thankyou
