Hello, hopefully I can explain the situation clearly:
We have several Office 365/Azure mail-enabled security group that we have recently changed its primary address. We use these mail-enabled security groups to control our SharePoint permissions. Now after we have changed the addresses, as we have hoped, the permissions in SharePoint had stayed intact, though the address did not update in SharePoint. It is still displaying the old address even after over 24 hours. It's not a big issue at the moment, though we worry this could cause some confusions further down the road. Is there a PowerShell script that can force SharePoint to update its Azure addresses?
