Automate file copy from SP Online to a shared drive

I come from the power automate side of things, and done get into the weeds in SP very often.  I have a case where I need to copy a file from sharepoint online to a shared folder on a file system.  Is there a way that I can copy a file when it shows up in a sharepoint document library, copy it to a path that is provided in a column in that item record.  File size should never exceed 75MB.  Power Automate has a 20MB limit for this same function.  But, I can get the file to sharepoint easily.  

Thoughts?

I think what could work is if I can create a shortcut or link object instead. Can do?

I figured out a way to just make a url shortcut to the sharepoint file with power automate. This is a better solution anyway.
