I have a Microsoft form that stores the information in a Sharepoint list through a power automate flow (new surveys are appended as rows to the list).
All the people completing the form are within our organization with a 365 email. Is it possible to auto-populate a Name column based on the email address?
Thank you!!

@Ttaylor1114 yes it is; add an Office 365 Users get user profile (v2) action and populate it with responder's email from the dynamic content box. Then in your SharePoint create item action, for the name column you can either select Display name or given name (then a space then) surname from the get user profile (v2) section of the dynamic content box.

Can the person's name & email (who receive the survey link) be auto populated when they take the survey? This person is not in my organization. @RobElliott

@RyhYun no, that is not possible. Nothing can be pre-populated in Forms.
