I am using SharePoint 2013 On-Premise. We have a very large list that we have an Append Changes Text Box in. It was working until we recently added Content Type so that we now have 3 Items - (2 Which use the "Append" Text Box).
We have recently discovered that now we are only showing the latest entry in the append box and all the others are hidden (I hope hidden and not MISSING). This form is used highly for auditing purposes so any help is greatly appreciated.
