Go click on it. You basically get a whole handful of options. When something is created. Something updated. Deleted. Something changes only your created. Something in a certain view changed. All kinds of options you can define how you get alerted on the item. It’s fairly robust out of the box.
If for some reason the alert me doesn’t cover your needs you can always do s flow that you can customize to do it.
