Additional Columns from Source List issue in Galleries and Boards Views

Hi All

If I have a lookup in my list and also pull in some additional columns from that source I notice that if you have these additional columns in a gallery or board view the view just doesn't work, has anyone experience same and is it a known bug perhaps ? 

Works fine in the list view.

Actually the view is there and works but all the items you want to display on the card are invisible !!
