I am new to app development an I am creating an App with List, libraries, Workflows, etc. I am creating pages in the app and adding XSLTListViewWebparts from Page Definition. I have the requirement to filter the records in these webparts based on User/user Profile. I am unable to add the standard filter webparts on these pages from the Page Definition. Also since the 'Edit Page' option is not available on the app page, I am unable to add it from UI.
Has anyone done something similar in App page?
