AD account not syncing

Hi,

 

I have deleted a user from the user profile service due to them changing their username and last name. When I try to perform a full sync, the user does not appear in the user profile service.

@lancem26 Hello lancem26, Can you please check if you are able to get new profiles when creating new users at active directory? This will show you if the issue is related with this specific account or if you are having issues with the User Profile Service App
