Structured Model not showing

Having an issue where Structured document processing is NOT showing in the M365 Admin Center under Manage Syntex. All other options in the screenshot below are showing. As a result, I cannot enable the model or use it in Content Centers.

If you are using the Pay As You Go method, structured document processing won't show up yet. We are working on integrating this functionality.

Is there another method, other than Pay As You Go, which can be used in the interim? It seems the Per User option has been deprecated.

Thank you @Steve Pucelik! I'm also in the same predicament as @JamesHinton. We can no longer purchase a Per User license as of July 31st.
