Create Sharepoint Premium Site

As per the new announcement is there a separate process to create a SharePoint premium site. 

In general we used to select "Content Center" as template to create Syntex site.

It should be the same if I understood it correctly, SharePoint premium is Syntex rebranded + extra stuff functionality 🙂
