Configuration Content Assembly Issue

Copper Contributor

Hello,

While configuring the content assembly for all libraries in all SharePoint Sites, we receive a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message.

We have already configured Syntex's pay-as-you-go pricing model.

Please advise if we missed anything in the configuration.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Julien

@Julien_Anid , Before setting up the pay as you go options, did you previously have any per user licenses?

@spucelik , we don't have any per-user license as also tried to add it but it is showing us not found from the portal.
In the documentation, they mentioned it is required to have it but we cannot add it since Microsoft has changed the policy.

The ability to use content assembly with the pay as you go subscription will be rolling out soon.
So the main reason we cannot configure it is because of the pay-as-you-go subscription. Did Microsoft provide the release date in the roadmap?

Thank you!
There shouldn't be any reason content assembly shouldn't work in your environment. Please open a support ticket to help resolve the issue.

@spucelik Can you show me a screenshot of what to select from the admin center to contact the Syntex support team? I have already raised a ticket and unfortunately, after they get more understanding about my case they told me it is out of their scope.
