What's the difference between GetSitePropertiesFromSharePoint and GetSiteProperties

Hi All,

I know PNP is using the GetSitePropertiesFromSharePoint because the GetSiteProperties will be deprecated, but I didn't find any official message from Docs web site to say why and the difference between the two APIs, any one knows this?

In short: GetSiteProperties doesn't return modern site collections and GetSitePropertiesFromSharePoint does.
