Using xml templates from SharePoint Online Doc Lib in PNP Provisioning

Hi all, 

I new to SharePoint, 

I had came across this scenario.

Whenever we create a new SharePoint site, apply xml templates from SharePoint Online Doc Lib to the newly created site using PnP-Provisioning.  Could someone help me with the right path and documentation.
