Unable to create app catalog site in SharePoint admin center

When i try to create app catalog site in SharePoint admin center i got below issue:

Sorry, something went wrong

Updates are currently disallowed on GET requests.  To allow updates on a GET, set the 'AllowUnsafeUpdates' property on SPWeb.

@ebukhan2  have you tried to create a site collection before creating the app catalog? Is this a new tenant?

Yes, its a new tenant.

It's working fine now without doing any changes.
