Survey Web Part

Survey Management is required for Communication Site landing Page.The purpose is to manage the survey master,create new survey and start participation in the survey from intranet landing page (home page). I think there is no out of the box Survey Web Part for Modern Site. The option is Microsoft Form.

The requirement is to show in the home page of Communication Site.

Master Survey Column as follows. Can we link Microsoft forms with Survey Master?

There is not out of the box survey WebPart as you mention, so the alternative is to user Forms here.
