I am looking for some help with a customer repository system. It is probably something that will need some kind of backend database.
1. What I want to do is allow an end user to create a customer record to kick of workflow.
2. Once this is created, an email will get sent to me to put in further details about the customer record [Form 1].
3. Two separate forms must be completed by two different business areas - for this customer record [Form 2] [Form 3]
4. Only until points 2 and 3 are completed and signed off, this record will be fully complete.
