While reviewing this page (https://dev.office.com/sharepoint/docs/spfx/sharepoint-framework-overview) I noticed under Key Features "Performance is reliable". That got me thinking about performance and SLAs for the SharePoint Framework. I quick search did not turn up anything specific, so I was hoping that someone could point me toward any official MS documentation regarding these topics. Thank you.
