I am creating a new Team site but when I try to use the "Project management" site template it will not update the site to use that template, although the other template choices work fine. Also, when I change the "Theme" colors after refreshing the page it reverts to the default colors. This was not happening a couple of months ago, but it is now. Does anyone know if this is a known issue? And how to resolve it?
