Site column in SharePoint created through PowerShell cannot be deleted

There is a column in a site collection created through PowerShell, which cannot be deleted neither through User interface nor through PowerShell. It was created through the comand "Add-PnPFieldFromXml". After running of this command appeared the error message "Input string was not in the correct format", but the site column was created despite this error message. However it is defective. It cannot be displayed via the user interface of the site. When selected via th user interface , a technical error is indicated. The site column cannot be deleted or listed even through PowerShell. The following error message appears after trying to delete it through PowerShell: "Remove-PnPField: Input string was not in a correct format".
