I have multiple document libraries and lists in 4 sites, which contains more than 5000 items and documents in each library and list. I have used managed metadata navigation and hub site to resolve the search issue but not able to find relevant data.
Can someone to advice best approach to Search for documents from SharePoint online site.
Any reference / advice
