I have Dynamics 365 Online and SharePoint Integration Online as well.
I have an issue that I want to know how to solve.
If the sync folder name has a # the document will not show on CRM, but, if I remove the # from the folder's name, the documents will show up.
Is there any way to enable the # on the folders name?

Solution@Paul2323 I would remove the # from the folder names for your document location configuration in CRM. This is more of a CRM issue, than it is a SharePoint issue.
