Sharepoint filter no results

Filter a record through a column of Sharepoint, but SharePoint does not have the result of this record.

I'm sure this record exists in Sharepoint list.

Is there any way to solve this problem

@jimmy1455 Are you doing it from filters pane or by using "Filter by" option from column heading/title?

Using "Filter by".
I'm thinking about whether there are too many data.
Because some people can successfully filter and some people can't.

@jimmy1455 Try adding indexing on the column for which you are using filter by option.
