As a user, I want to save (or “archive”) documents from SharePoint to another system so that I can utilize system workflow/records management capabilities against the document.
a. Send existing SharePoint document to the System.
I. While performing this action, include options to the user to:
1. Deleting SharePoint Document after saving to a System.
2. Delete SharePoint Document and replace it with a link to System document within the SharePoint user interface.
If there is any resources for the above questions plz provide that also I want to perform that part with SharePoint online.
A System can be websites or apps.
