I've probably over looked a simple check box, but how do you set "Tiles" to be the default layout for a view?
I've created a new view, set it to Tiles, and applied some very basic formatting to only show the Title center/middle aligned, and selected "save view as" to create a new view, yet whenever the view is opened, it's in list format rather than tile.
The end goal is to use this tile view embedded as buttons on a page to filter a document library.
