Rename the “New Item” in SPO list New Form to Registration Form

Is  it possible to rename the “New Item” in SPO list New Form to Registration Form.

This solution is based on Power App and it is not applicable here. Using Power App also, we cannot rename New Item.

Is there any other option ?

No, there is no option to rename the form.
If you want custom forms, go with Power Apps or SPFx, but you have to create a new form to replace the existing one. Or perhaps a 3rd party vendor that may have a forms solution.

This will only change the "Default" SPO form not a Power Apps form.
