Public CDN configuration failing

Dear Community,

I have configured public CDN for our Sharepoint Online few days ago but it doesn't work. Attached Sharepoint configuration screenshots. I found 2 different methods of enabling public CDN, so I have done both as I have attached in pictures.

Here is my link to my actual folder:

And here is my test to public URI, which is returning false:

https://citiedu.sharepoint.com/%20_vti_bin/publiccdn.ashx/url?itemurl=https://citiedu.sharepoint.com...
