I am able to use either Forms or Lists to push data into a custom PDF. What I would like to do is use a Forms response to pull a specific record from the List to be used as data in my custom PDF.
So if the user enters “TX” in Forms the state Identity captured in the form is used as a query on the List which pulls row 24 and gives me the data from the list for state Logo and state Copy. I can then write out the JSON with those variables and see the proper content in the PDF.
In Flow, I haven’t been able to figure out which Action I would use, and all the documentation I have found so far speaks to pushing Forms data into a List.
