Is this by design or is there some way to get the other site pages ?
I know i can create them by hand, just not clear on why I can't read them from the site.
Using CSOM with SharePoint Online PnP Core 2.13.1703

This is by design.
I've put a solutoin together that will collect multiple pages. Actually it could export a whole tenant:
