Pass Fiscal Year Text (2021) etc. on a form to a popup Modal form from the same form with JQuery

Hello,

I'm trying to Pass Fiscal Year Text (2021) etc. on a form to a popup Modal form and use this text to select a dropdown ---> (2021). I working with SharePoint 2016 and would like to use JQuery or RestAPI or something.
