New-PnPSite vs New-PnPTenantSite cmdlet parameters

The new-PnPTenantSite has several parameters than new-PnPSite cmdlet does not have, e.g, owner and timezone in particular. Does anyone know if these additional params will become available in the near future? if so, when?

The PnPSite command can be used to create the modern Team site and communication site.

The PnPTenantSite command can be used to create all other sites
