Yes, I believe that should work without any issues. Are you getting any error when trying it?

Hi Stefan,

Yes, we could run multiple SPFx extensions in a site. I have implemented few of the Application customizers, command sets and field customizers to validate the different behavior in a single site. 

It runs pretty well together.
