Hi there, is there any hybrid application that can build for mobile application and allow connect to the sharepoint ? i heard about the powerapps, but is it the powerapp are limitation for the customization?

PowerApps is the first choice. The main limitation is that users must have an Office 365 subscription in your tenant e.g. you can't have external users.

 

Other mobile development technologies can be used to build apps too. SharePoint has REST API's for accessing Lists and Libraries https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/sp-add-ins/complete-basic-operations-using-sharepoin...
