Missing reference with SharePointPnPCoreOnline 3.17.2001.x

Hi all,

In my project I am using SharePointPnPCoreOnline 3.16.1912 which is appearing in list of references but when I install version 3.17.2001.2 (or any 3.17) reference is gone.

I was thinking that this has to do something with my project but when I created empty ones (C# and VB.NET) I had the same situation.

Btw. when it works I see OfficeDevPnP.Core reference; My project is based on .Net 4.5.2.

Any ideas?

Found root cause - .NET 4.6.1 is required
