The manifest file contains a valid UserId for the author and modifiedby (using the existing UserID from the sitecollection). But the UserID is ignored, marked with a "cannot resolved" warning and the system account is set.
Also the Modified datetime on the versions is set to the Modified value of the last version and not to the Modified value as defined in the xml for that specific version.
